Since we (CryptoOracle) pivoted to go all in on community, it’s become very obvious, that the most common problem that blockchain protocols face is getting developers to build in their ecosystems. Yet most projects have, at best, only a basic understanding of how to build, grow, and engage a developer community. This call will feature three thought leaders in building developer communities, each with a unique perspective. Each speaker will discuss their strategies and lessons learned in their community building efforts. We’ll address a wide range of issues including when is the right time to start building a developer community? Should community managers have tech backgrounds? What are the relevant metrics to track? We’ll have lots of time for questions from the audience after the panelists’ formal remarks.
